Understandably, taking pictures of all your cars for the app can be daunting, especially if you have many of them. But… Remember that Rome wasn't built in one day; similarly, you don't have to take pictures of all your cars in one go. You can start by adding your favorite cars and the rest slowly when you have more time. The whole process is a pleasure and serves as a good reminder of what a great collection you have P.S. - Adding car pictures to the app is very easy, and very soon, it will take you less than 45 seconds to add one car. It depends on how many details you want to put.

Absolutely no! You can, but you don't have to. If you want to put your username in the form of your nickname, you can do that. It's up to you and what makes you feel more comfortable.
You can upload up to 5 pictures for each model if you want. This will give you perfect photos of the car from all angles.
It's all just one click away. Click on the button to move it from your wish list to your collection list, and the car will disappear from your wish list and appear in your collection.
Yes, you can! You can take pictures directly in the app or take photos of your car and then import them into the app, whichever is easier for you.
Yes! The only way to know if you like our application is to try it out. You can join our app for free until you have a maximum of 50 cars in total across all three lists: my collection, wish list, and for sale. Once you reach that limit, you can decide if you want to keep using the app or not. If you have more than 50 cars, you will need to choose a tier to store them. We are happy only if our users are happy. Fair, isn't it?

The app currently does not have a database of cars, but this may be added in the future. Our main focus right now is to help you manage your collection, wish list, and sales. Additionally, you can share your collection with others and see where you rank on the top list.
It's incredibly simple. With just a few clicks, you can mark the cars in your collection that are up for sale. Everyone connected with you on the app will then be able to view them and get in touch via Whatsapp, Messenger, or Email. Sellers will provide their username and email along with the car details, quantity, and price. You'll be able to see the cars you need to pay for from each seller, as well as the history of cars you've purchased from them. In the future, we have plans to add a chat feature and a marketplace for direct car purchases within the app. Similarly, if you are interested in buying, you can see a list of all the cars your connected peers are selling and at what price. NOTE: People not connected with you within the app (friends) cannot see your sales list.
New users of the application usually need around 30 seconds to a minute to add their first car to the collection gallery. However, once you have added pictures to the gallery a few times, it will only take you 10-15 seconds to do it.
You have complete control over the duration of your collection in our app - it can stay archived for as long as you desire. However, if you ever decide to discontinue using our app, you can send us an email requesting account deletion. We value your privacy and ensure that all personal data associated with your account is securely deleted upon request.
If a brand or manufacturer is not listed, you can categorize it as "Other." Additionally, if you have numerous items to add to your collection, feel free to email us at info@diecastparking.com, and we will strive to incorporate them into the app within a few days.
Absolutely! By adjusting your privacy settings, you can keep your account private and restrict others from accessing your collections. Navigate to the Settings menu on the top right-hand drop-down on the navigation bar, and select the option to make all your collections strictly for personal viewing only.

Yes, subscriptions in the Diecast Parking mobile app are set to auto-renew, yet they can be canceled at any time within the app settings or through the app stores. When it comes to refunds, please note that the refund process is managed by Apple and Google Play as they handle all transactions made on the App Store.
